On April 27th, 2023 I contracted Roadrunner Freight through Echo Logistics to deliver my Photography planners. The driver lied and and said they dropped off the planners, forged a signature. On August 3rd , Echo Logistics informed me my planners (1800 pcs ) were located. As of August 10th , no one will tell me where my planners are, Echo logistics has told me they '..have 56 more days' to solve the problem. I know I'm a small fish but these two global companies could careless about small business. If anyone knows anyone at Echo Logistics that is in the claims department or Roadrunner Freight any position please reach out to me with any ideas on how I can get my product sooner.
